Spent new year at this cozy hotel and had a great time! The friendly staff provided us with excellent service and made sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, with multiple mini-marts and food vendors nearby. The view from the window was amazing - rooftops and the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised with the free upgrade to a bigger room with an en-suite bathroom. The shower had good water pressure and temperature making it an even more enjoyable experience.
We did have a couple of issues too. The dogs barking at night disrupts the peace and makes it difficult to sleep.

This hotel had a great location, close to many shops, and restaurants. It was easy to walk to many attractions in the area. the room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view. the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered a delicious breakfast with a lot of variety to choose from.
I couldn't sleep well because of the noise during the night. There were dogs barking that kept me awake.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel close to the metro station which made transportation very convenient. Staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent breakfast. The hotel facilities were spotless, and everything was well-maintained.
Not one thing to complain about! This city was a wonderful experience overall.

Spacious and clean rooms with a gorgeous view. Accommodating staff. Free laundry and clean towels. Convenient location between Valparaiso and Vina del Mar. Helpful English-speaking sons of the host.
